Collectivizing
Mobilizing women and families into self-help groups and community collectives at the village, block, and district levels to strengthen solidarity, participation, and collective action
Skilling and Equipping
Enhancing capacities through skill development, livelihood training, and access to appropriate resources and technologies. Promoting sustainable income opportunities such as poultry rearing, irrigation-based agriculture, and other local enterprises while building confidence and self-reliance.
Connect, Learn, and Achieve Results
Facilitating linkages with banks, markets, government schemes, and institutional support systems to strengthen livelihoods and financial security. Encouraging continuous learning, leadership, and active participation so communities can access services, claim their rights, and drive positive social change.
